Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines).
  • Intimate or sanitary goods.
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases.
  • Gift cards and downloadable software.
  • Specific health and personal care items.

Process & Requirements

  • Proof of Purchase: We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
  • Manufacturer: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain cases (such as items with signs of use, opened media, or items damaged/missing parts not due to our error), only partial refunds may be granted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing can take time).
  3. Contact your bank.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received it, contact us at atroxusinc@gmail.com.

Sale Items & Exchanges

  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
  • Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange for the same item, email us at atroxusinc@gmail.com.

Shipping Your Return

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {atroxusinc@gmail.com}.

  • Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Deductions: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total.
  • Insurance: For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
